Tom's January Publicity

05/12/2020
A new year is a great chance to start fresh and orient yourself toward your goals. That’s why New Year’s resolutions are so exciting — they’re a way to plan out how you’ll be a new and improved person starting January 1st. But, as many of us have found in our mid-January days, you don’t always get to every New Year’s resolution on the list. There’s guilt when we let our gym membership expire or when we ignore Zoom dates for a week or so. We mess up, we look at our nicely-written New Year’s note and think of how hopeful and positive we were at the end of last year. We don’t follow through and instead promise we’ll do it next year.
Here are some 2021 resolutions worth considering: Get signed to a record label and become a star!: Do not starve or die!!
My Diet day 1 for 2020 was – Remove all the fattening food from the house. It was delicious!

We are a friendly, go-ahead club who normally meet at Avonway Community Centre at 7.30pm on Wednesdays but currently operate via Zoom. Our website, www.fordingbridgecameraclub.org.uk has our programme for the rest of the season. It is a mixture of talks by visiting top photographers and provides opportunities to show your work on the highest quality equipment. This is helpfully commented on by experienced photographic judges.

Always remember that, the only time the world beats a path to your door is if you are in the bathroom! And thinking of New Year resolutions, we should always remember that - If it weren’t for marriage, men would spend their lives thinking they had no faults at all.
2021 will be a better year with promised vaccines and a stock markiet recovering.

From all at the camera club, A HAPPY NEW YEAR to one and all.
